SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Jim is the Training Leader for agoge logistics a company that specialises in providing ingenious services to the transport and logistics industry.  Jim entered the transport and logistics industry at 19 years old as a courier for CourierPost.  Since joining agoge in auckland in 2005, he relocated to manage the companies Hamilton branch, helping local and national customers find the best staff available.  When Agoge Logistics Training was launched in early 2007, Jim took the role of leading and growing this new and exciting service. Jim’s time in agoge logistics personnel highlighted to him the issues the industry faces in the retention and development of great staff.  He believes training is about more than just certificates, and that the benefits of memorable training reach far beyond legal compliance.
